A single user system is designed to be run on one computer. The database and the program both reside on the same computer. A single user system may not be installed on two different computers in such a way that it is possible to run both at the same time.
For example, it is a violation of our License Agreement to install Advisors Assistant on two computers in the same office.
It is not a violation of our license agreement to install a single user version of Advisors Assistant on a home computer and an office computer and use it in such a way that you would backup the office data and restore it on the home computer for use at night or on weekends. (In this case, you cannot be at the office and at home at the same time.)
A single user system can also run from our hosted server.
