Updated means that subsequent processing of new files will replace the field with new data. Not updated means that the new data will not overwrite old data. The field is designed to be maintained by the office. This is usually because the office may have newer information than the Home Office.
When a Flex Field is shown, it is the Name Flex Field where the data is written. If the data just shows Processed, it will be put in the normal Advisors Assistant Field.
Support
Technical Support extends to the use of Advisors Assistant and not exporting the AFLAC file. Our support personnel do not know how to acquire the file from AFLAC.
Be sure you are backed up before running a new download because the data replaced cannot be undone without restoring the backup. |
