The Annualized Premium is the Modal Premium multiplied by the Premium Frequency.

For example: if the Premium Mode is Quarterly, and the Modal Premium is $200, the Annualized Premium is $800.

When the Premium Frequency is greater than 1, the Annualized Premium will often be greater than the Annual Premium.  Universal Life is an exception to this.
