From the Admin Menu, select Admin Reports and Logs then Application Files.

Application Files Report Overview

The Application Files Report shows you the different application files, file size, and version number associated with your Advisors Assistant Database.  It is designed to help with Tech Support in the event you are having a problem that involves a file which may be an old version.
