Cash Received is a report column.  It consists of any cash distributed by an asset plus sales or withdrawals.  Put another way, it is any cash paid out for any reason.

At the account level, it will consist of cash paid out of the account.  If it was just paid to the cash balance account, it is not an account level withdrawal because it did not leave the account.  However, it will be an asset level cash payment.
