During a download, some information is sent without enough information to use that data.  When this happens, Advisors Assistant does not process the data and creates an "Exception" to the data which was processed.

Here are the situations which cause most exceptions.

•A new type of transaction is sent by the clearing firm without informing Client Marketing Systems, Inc. so it is not in our transaction code list.

•A record without an account number.  This would be an error by the sender.

•Any error which prevents a record from being processed.
