RBC has more than one way of moving the files to your computer.  They have asked us to tell you to contact your RBC representative for information on getting the files.  If you have questions about getting in touch with the RBC representative, call our tech support and we will get information for you.

What You Should Know About Dataworks

•Advisors Assistant processes 3 files that begin with PO, PM, and TF and end with the extension .EXE.  PO is the Position File, PM is the Portfolio Management File, and TF is the Trade file.

•The files use COMMA DELIMITED as the format.
