Right-click on the address shown on the View Screen to send that address to Google and map it.

Google Maps Overview

When you right-click on any address shown on the View Client Screen, Advisors Assistant will send that address to Google Maps and Google will map it. You must have Internet access for this feature to work.

Once the address is shown in Google, you can switch between viewing a standard map or a satellite view, and you can easily get directions to or from the mapped address.

If you restrict employees to certain sites on the Internet, and you want them to have access to Google Maps, you can give them access to google.com.  If you do not want to give that access to all of google, you can give access to Maps.google.com.
