The objective describes the reason for purchasing the security or starting the account.  Advisors Assistant stores an Account Objective and a Security Objective.

Examples of an objective are: Growth, Income, Growth and Income, Conservation of Principal.

Objectives are kept in drop down lists which users can modify if they have the security rights to do so.
