The Policy Number is a required field.  If no policy number has been assigned by the Company, enter PENDING.  If you chose Pending for the Status, then the policy number will default to PENDING.

If you have more than one pending policy for a proposed insured, add a 1, or 2 after the policy number.  For example: Make the second policy that's pending for the insured PENDING2.
