To open this screen, click on Postal Zip Code Database from the Admin Menu.

Maintain Postal Codes Overview

When you install Advisors Assistant, the complete list of US Postal/Zip Codes is also installed. You can make changes to the Postal Code list through this Postal Code Lookup Screen.

The Postal Codes are sent with Advisors Assistant so that when you add an address and enter the Postal/Zip Code, the City, State, and County fields are filled in automatically.

Advisors Assistant will update the Postal Code list periodically, but you may need to make a change to a Postal Code before the list is updated by Advisors Assistant. You can make changes to Postal Codes at any time.

•To Add a new Postal Code, click on the Add Button on the bottom of the Postal Code Lookup Screen. Enter the information in the Add Postal Code Screen.

•To Modify an existing Postal Code, first enter the Postal Code in the Search Field to find it in the list. Once the code is highlighted, click the Modify Button on the bottom of the Postal Code Lookup Screen. Make your change to the Modify Postal Code Screen.

•To Delete an existing Postal Code, first enter the Postal Code in the Search Field to find it in the list. Once the code is highlighted, click the Delete Button on the bottom of the Postal Code Lookup Screen. Confirm that you wish to delete this code.
