This is the frequency of payment in a year.  You can add to this drop down list if you have the security rights.  Many of the items on the Premium Mode list are not editable because they are used for downloads from Home Offices and Advisors Assistant must rely on them being on the list.

Premium mode is entered by clicking on the drop down list.
