Removing Downloaded Data

Only Tech Support can login and remove data.

Overview

It is not all that unusual for a DST provider to send erroneous data.  In these cases, often users will have already processed the data.

Advisors Assistant has a special utility which can back out the data based on individual files or batches of files.

A "Batch" is defined as the files that were processed at the same time.  A batch could contain a weeks worth of files, and the bad data may only be in one day's files.  Therefore, it is possible to back out data on a file by file basis.

Tech Support Will Help

Tech Support will remote into your computer and initiate the process so that you will not choose the wrong files.  Call Tech Support if you have received an email that bad data was sent and you processed those files.

Fidelity Files are also supported with this process.
