Click on Tools at the top of any View Screen.

Tools Menu Overview

The Tools Menu has a few Database Tools such as changing passwords and globally searching notes. But it also gives you access to the functions on the View Screens that are located in the Sidebar. While you can always click on the Icons in the Sidebar, such as the Messaging or Calendar Icons, voice recognition software may need to access these features through the Tools Menu.
