When a Liquidation Date is entered for an asset on the Modify Investment Information Screen is considered liquidated. You can't enter the date if there is a share balance for the investment.
If the asset is repurchased, the download will add a new asset to the account.
For performance reports, you can exclude liquidated investments when they are liquidated before the beginning of the reporting period. If an asset is liquidated during the reporting period, it is not considered liquidated since it will have an effect on the return.
On View Account screens, such as View Account With Investments, if you do not show liquidated assets, AND there are shares in one of the liquidated investments, the account totals at the top of the screen will not equal the totals in the list.
The totals at the top of view screens always compute all shares in the account.
