Security Roles And Functionality

AAMobile is a security role unto itself. If, as and administrator, you provide the user with AAMobile capabilities, you are providing all the capabilities of the application with the exception of module access.

If a user does not have access to the Insurance Module, AAMobile will not give them that access.

However, if you have the ability to delete notes turned off for a user from the desktop, they will be able to delete the note from AAMobile.

Providing Users With AAMobile Functionality

To provide AAMobile you need to do the following:

1.	Call Advisors Assistant Sales to get the user set up and provide the device registration email.

2.	Set the user up for AAMobile access logins. This is done from the Advisors Assistant Admin Menu by selectiong Modify User and checking the box for Mobile Access on the User's Screen. If you are not a hosted user, the Mobile Access checkbox will not show.
