Adding A New Note

Click on the Notes Button from the View Clients Screen OR click on the Notes Bar to open the Topics List and then click on details at the bottom of the list. Then, from the Notes Screen, click on the Add Note Button.

One of the most important habits you can encourage is making notes after any interaction with a client.  Not only does it help with consistent service, but it is great E&O protection.

Click on the Icon_Plusicon next to the Note Topic on the Note Topics List Screen and then type or dictate your note into the screen.  Then click or tap on the Save but

When entering an organization's name, if it is a joint account, enter the last name first, such as Smith, John and Jane.  This makes it much easier to locate by last name.
