From the View Client With Insurance Screen, click on the Add Action Button to start the Add Policy Wizard. This screen is Step 5.
Add Policy Wizard - Premium Mode and Amounts Overview
The data entry fields presented by the wizard will depend on the Class of Coverage you are entering. Life and Annuity coverages can have multiple levels of premiums.

Life And Annuity Fields
Use the drop down list to select the premium mode.

Disability, Health, Long Term Care, and P&C / Other Fields

If the premium amounts are available to you, it's not a good idea to leave them blank. This defeats the whole idea of having a database and saving time using your computer to retrieve data. |
