From any Name or Product edit screen, click the Browse Button (
) to select a Producer name.
Assign Name As Producer Overview
Each contact name has a Primary Producer assigned to the name. And for insurance and investments you can show multiple producers. The Assign Name As Producer Screen appears anytime you are selecting the Producer name for a contact or product.
The Assign Name As Producer Screen works just the same as the Name Lookup Screen - just start typing the last name and first name if needed to find the producer's name and select it.
