Exchange Service Accounts are special accounts set up in Exchange Server so that remote users can log in with special credentials and service the entire user population of the Exchange Server.
Advisors Assistant uses Exchange Service Accounts for automating email archiving in enterprise installations which use their own private Exchange Server.
Exchange Service Accounts do not apply to non-enterprise users and are not supported.
For enterprise installations of Advisors Assistant it is the responsibility of the Exchange Administrator to set up the Exchange Service account.
