Flex fields are fields that you can define the field label (what the field is called.)

The Insurance Flex Fields have sets of labels that link to the Base Coverage when they are displayed on a View Policy Screen.  When they  are accessed from a View Coverage Screen, the flex fields will be those associated with the type of coverage.   When you set up the policy, that policy will inherit the flex field labels that you define for the coverage.

Flex Field Labels can be defined for Insurance Flex Fields by:

1.Clicking on the Flex Fields Tab at the bottom of any View Coverage With Screen.

2.Clicking on any Flex Field Label.

Remember, the Flex Field Labels attach themselves to the name of the type of coverage.    At the top of the Modify Flex Field Titles Screen, that coverage is shown as the Flex Name.
