To get to this screen, select Master Pages from the Admin menu.
Maintaining Master Pages Overview
The Master Pages Lookup Screen allows you to see all of the Master Pages that have been added to Advisors Assistant. From this screen you can choose to add new master pages and modify or delete existing pages.
Once you add a Master Page to Advisors Assistant, you can then attach that page to any contact name or product. You only need to enter the information into the Master Page once, then that page can be customized when it is added to the contact or product.
With the addition of View Client With Files in 2002, information that was previously stored in View Client With Pages can now be scanned and linked directly to the contact name or product. For more information about how to scan and link the documents see the Add/Modify Files Help.
Adding and Modifying Master Pages
•To Add a new Master Page, click on the Add Button at the bottom of the Master Page Lookup Screen.
•To Modify an existing Master Page, click on the Modify Button at the bottom of the Master Page Lookup Screen.

How to delete a Master Page
1.Highlight the name of the Master Page you'd like to delete, and click the Delete Button at the bottom of the Master Page Lookup Screen.
2.Confirm that you'd like to delete the Master Page.
