Adding a Coverage Relation from the main name lookup will produce this screen when the name being added is not a member of the household or group.

Not A Member Screen Overview

This screen is a convenience item that allows you to build groups or households based on relations added to coverages.  For example, if you are adding a secondary insured to a coverage and the person being added is not already in the group or household, Advisors Assistant will allow you to add the name the group or household.

If you click on Yes, the person you chose to add to the policy list will be come a member of the household of the Owner of the policy.  If the owner is an Organization, such as a group health plan, the person will be added to the Owner's Group.
