Select Users With Access

If you are setting up users for an Enterprise or Multi-producer copy of Advisors Assistant, when you check the box that indicates the user is a producer, this small wizard automatically appears.

You've told Advisors Assistant that the user you are setting up is a producer.  That means that this user will be designated as a Primary Producer for contact records.

On this screen, you are telling Advisors Assistant which other users on the system can have access to this user's contact information.  (The producer being set up will, by default have access.)

Select Users

Check the box next to any user who will have access to the contacts of this producer.  This will usually be assistants to the producer and any management personnel who do not have access to all users.

If you leave all boxes unchecked, only Janet, the producer, and users with access to all contacts will have access to the contacts where Janet is Primary Producer.
