Status refers to the Payment Status.  A commission transaction may have the following status:

Due - No funds have been received for this commission transaction.

Fully Paid - No amounts are owed on this commission.

Partially Paid - The commission transaction has only been partially paid.  A remainder is due.

Over Paid - The commission transaction has been overpaid
