From any of the Calendar Views, click on the ellipse at the top of the screen to the right of the word "Reports."
Overview
This screen gives you control on what is shown in the calendar. It is especially valuable for the day view.
Check off the items you want to see.
Time Grid
The Time Grid is the section on the left side of the Day View and the only sections shown on the other views. Normally, you would want to display those items which have a begin and end time. This would usually be appointments.
Task & Call List
The Task & Call List is the bottom right section of the Day View titled Tasks and Calls.

Don't display too many items on the time grid. If there are several events at the same time, the display loses it usefullness.. |
