Insurance FlexFields are 30 fields which are set up so that you can define the labels for those fields.
From this screen you can both fill in the FlexField data, or you can modify the FlexField labels for the Insurance FlexFields associated with this policy's base coverage.
How To Change The FlexField Labels
You change the labels by just clicking on the current labels. This will bring up the Modify FlexField Titles Screen. Click in the field for which you're changing the label and enter the new label. Be sure to select a field with the correct format for the data you will be storing.

Remember, the labels are in sets and they attach themselves to the plan of coverage. When you define a set of FlexField labels, you are defining them for the coverage that is the base coverage for the policy you're working on. The labels that are displayed for any policy will always be based on the base coverage of that policy.
