Overview
The Contact List feature is usable only when you can't spell the last name and want to look through a list of close names. You should use the Search Feature when you know the name of the contact.

On larger databases, the A to Z list will consist of two letter combinations. On phones, the Contact List feature is less usable and the A to Z list will not always show.
