Click on Reports on the Top Menu.  Then click on Names With No Future Events

Overview

Communications with clients and prospective clients is extremely important.  This tool, new in late 2013, lets you search the database for those clients or prospects who have nothing scheduled in the calendar anytime in the future.

This search is subject to producer access rights, but it will also select those name records which have NO Primary Producer assigned.

After selecting the names, you will be taken to the Client Selection Reports List.  Report 10024, which is a short list of names grouped by producer is suggested.  It will also identify those name records without a Primary Producer.
