Commission Reports are divided into 3 types because each type requires different data to be extracted from Advisors Assistant.
The three types are:
Distribution Reports
Designed to provide the agency with breakdowns of how each commission has been calculated. Very good to use to troubleshoot suspected problems.
Agency Net Reports
These reports are designed to show how commissions are allocated to producers and how much commission was kept by the agency.
Transmittal Reports
Transmittal Reports are designed so that the Agency can see how much to send to the various producers and managers based on commission actually received or advanced. The first page contains the agent's address so that folding the report will show through a window envelope.
