From the Reports Menu at the top of the screen, select Tagged Names Report.

Tagged Names Report Overview

The Tagged Name Selection Screen allows you to select a list of names, then print a report of those names and their products, export the names, or send letters and emails to the list of names selected. The Tagged Names Reports differ from Selection Reports in that the names you select do not have to have anything in common - you're basically just "tagging" a list of names from all of the names in your database.

Names can be tagged, or selected, from the Tagged Name Selection Screen in a variety of ways:

•Enter the Last Name and First Name or Organization Name of the name you wish to select. Once the name is highlighted either click the blue Down Arrow Button in the middle of the screen or double-click on the name to select it.

•Scroll through the list using the scroll bar on the right and just double-click on the name you wish to select, or highlight the name and click the blue Down Arrow Button.

•You can select a group of names from the list using the Windows commands of CTRL-Click and SHIFT-Click. Click on the first name, hold down the CONTROL Key and click on other names to highlight each name or hold down the SHIFT Key and click on the last name in the series to select a whole group of names together. Then click on the blue Down Arrow Button to select the names.

•Click on any Column Title to sort the names by that column, then select the names.

Once you have selected the name(s), they are moved to the list in the bottom half of the screen and a count is kept of how many names have been tagged or selected.

To remove a name from the Tagged List, highlight the name (or list of names) in the bottom half of the screen and click the blue Up Arrow Button.

Once your names have been selected, click OK and the Report Selection Menu Screen will open. You can now print Reports, Export the names, or print Letters and send Emails to the names. If the names you selected have Insurance or Investment products, those products have been included so that you can print product reports.

Once you leave the Tagged Name Selection Screen, the names you had taggged are no longer tagged. So make sure you have all of the names you need before clicking OK.

Use With Manage Selected Names Feature

You can tag the names individually and then add or delete a market or name type to all the names tagged.  This will save you the time used in having to go to each individual name and add the market or type of name.  Use the Manage Button at the bottom of the Report Selection Menu.
