To view a file or document, just navigate to the View Files Screen under Contacts, Investments, or Insurance.

Then double click on the file.

If the file was scanned with Imaging Assistant, the file will be viewed with the Imaging Assistant Viewer.  Otherwise the file will be loaded into the program which Windows uses for that file extension.

For example, if you double click on a .DOC file, Windows will most likely load Microsoft Word to view the file.
