Multi-Producer System

The Multi-Producer System provides access security so that, when a user logs in, their access to the various names in the database are controlled by Access Views set up by the Administrator. These Views are made up of one or more names of the Primary Producer field or additional producers associated with that name. A user may have access to the names controlled by more than one Primary Producer.
Access rights can be given to:
•Contacts of a single Primary Producer
•Contacts of a group of producers (so an assistant can work with several producers)
•All contacts in the database (For managers and administrators.)
If an advisor or user does not have access rights to a group of names, those contacts do not exist in their database.
The access is granted to Users by clicking on Admin | Users And Departments | Modify | Producer Access.
A Multi-producer system can also run from our hosted server.
